Quit Nguyen: Year One - Part 1

My first year of officially being in business is coming to an end.

2014 was supposed to be a shitty year for anyone born in the "Year of the Horse." I also hear it's not supposed to be a bad year, just a more intense one. 2014 has been crazy. It's had its ups and downs, but mostly ups. It was my first full year in business as Quit Nguyen, LLC.

I do a lot of people watching. It's funny because when I first started photography, I just wanted to make cool photos. Now, it's a tool for me to communicate. I'm not good with words. I speak better with pictures. Here's my year in photos.

I watched people:

Lose things.

Overcome obstacles.

Love.

A lot of our friends are in it.

New friends, old friends, stronger bonds, strong partnerships, clients.

Everyone had a role.

I've changed my website for the 3rd time now. I'm actually paying for this one, so maybe it'll force me to keep it for a while.

Anyway, this past week has been pretty crazy. A few people came together and make GiveTogetherOK.com happen. We threw a launch party on the Rooftop at Plenty, but before that, I went on a little tour of Automobile Alley and hung with the dudes at Commonwealth.

When I got back to the rooftop, the party was already poppin'. Ran into so many awesome people in this city. 

This is Mike. He's a passionate man who had an idea to make giving together easy. You guys should give NewAnthropy a looksie, and join in on the sharing.
